This notice explains which personal data Studio Olistico Nuvola processes when you visit this website or contact us, as required by Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003).

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, its servers automatically log some technical data: IP address, browser and operating system, date and time of the request and the page requested.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in running and securing the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is not used to identify you and is kept only as long as these purposes require.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see, in aggregate, how many visits the site receives and which pages are viewed. It uses no cookies, does not follow you across other sites and builds no profiles: visits are told apart by an anonymous code that resets every 24 hours.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time by writing to us.
The site uses no profiling, advertising or third-party cookies, which is why it shows no cookie banner.
A single technical cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, may be set to remember the language you chose; it expires when you close your browser. Because it is needed for the service you asked for, it does not require consent (Italian Data Protection Authority guidelines of 10 June 2021). You can delete it in your browser settings.
Fonts and images are served from our own domain: opening the pages does not make your browser contact Google Fonts or any other external service.
The site has no forms. If you call us, or write to us on WhatsApp, by email or on Instagram, we process the data you give us (name, phone number, message content) only to reply and manage your appointment. Legal basis: steps prior to, or performance of, a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
If you choose to share information about your health that is relevant to a treatment, we process it only with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR) and only to carry out the treatment safely.
We keep this data for as long as needed to handle your request and our relationship, and afterwards only as long as the law requires, for example for tax purposes.
The reviews shown on the site are public Google reviews, displayed with the author’s first name only. If you wrote one and want it removed, write to us and we will take it down.
The site links to Google Maps, Google and Instagram. No data is sent to these services until you click a link; from then on their own privacy policies apply.
Your data is never sold or published. Vercel Inc. (United States) processes it on our behalf as a data processor. Transfers to the United States rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Articles 45 and 46 GDPR).
You can ask at any time to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, or object to its processing (Articles 15–22 GDPR), and withdraw any consent you gave. Write to s.olisticonuvola@gmail.com: we will reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
